2. Principal Patti. You may have talked down to him in a tone of disrespect or compared him with other men. When you talk to a man like his mother, his teacher or his high school principal, he will see you as someone who has authority over him, and that’s definitely not sexy or attractive.
Instead of this, let him know that he is respected for who he is, not compared with other men. He’s looking for someone to be genuine, so he can be genuine too. Ultimately, he wants you to bring emotions out in him that have been lying dormant for years.
3. Candidate Caitlin. You may have liked him so much that you tried to convince him to like and respect you. This is not attractive either. It has to happen organically. Don’t become like a candidate running for office where you state what you believe in, how you can improve his life and why the 2 of you should be together.
Instead, let him make the decision to be with you all by himself. He wants to get to the point where he misses you when he’s not with you. He wants to feel that strong longing to be with you.
